A friend used my computer (a different computer) back in like 2017 to file her taxes. Her name is still showing up when I go to sign in to Turbo Tax. How do I disassociate her info? I don't understand why it's showing on a completely separate computer, the information isn't in my autofill on my device??

Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
That might make sense if this were even the same computer my friend used 7 years ago, but It's not the same computer and not the same browser. I was using Chrome back then, now using Edge. It has to be something on the Turbo tax side.
