Fraud ??? Free??? 39.99 to Turbo and another 39.99 for processing company? WTF Last time was free. What changed?? Get to the end and extorted for 39.99.

I did request direct deposit, and was supposed to have been free to have taken out of refund. Now want to charge me another 39.99

Not all information that was previously entered on a 1040EZ or a 1040A can be entered on the new 1040 form. Some entries required one of the new Schedules 1-6. If your return needed one of those schedules, you had to upgrade. The upgrade is Deluxe and it is $39.99 for federal, $39.99 for state and if you choose the optional service to have your refund paid from your federal refund, there is an additional $39.99 fee for that service. You can avoid that fee by paying with a credit card. No where did it say that service is free.
