Those forms are all available and have been for a long time.   If using the CD/download version be sure you are up to date.

As you can see in my original question, I update turbo tax daily.  Hence the problem.  Anybody else who has the ability to read the question properly have an answer?  Sorry for the attitude, but I've been trying to resolve this since January and the first response I get here is from someone that didn't read my question.

All of those forms have been there for a long time.

In "About TurboTax" what release are you on.  Should be R24 April 3.

I can't find where the release is.  Under "Help" then "About TurboTax" there are several tabs but no "Release."

To manually update I closed turbotax as instructed.  Now I can't re-open it due to a "fatal error"

I'm a Mac person, not Windows so I can't help much there, but it sounds like there is a problem with updating.
Here is a FAQ I found about a fatal error.

So the manual update failed?  Or did you run the manual update, but now can't launch TurboTax and get that error?
If so, I'd try restarting (rebooting) your computer, then trying to launch TurboTax again.

If nothing changed, and it's still not opening or not updating, I'd try running a repair first to see if that resolves anything.

If not, I'd uninstall TurboTax, and then I'd reinstall using these steps:

You must install using Administrator privilege.
First manually disconnect your computer from the Internet so you can safely temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall software programs.
Close any other open programs.
If installing from a downloaded installation file, then double-click the file to start the install process, and skip the CD steps.
If installing from a CD, insert the CD and the installation should launch.  If it doesn't start installing automatically, then here's how to launch it:

      Hold down the Windows+R keys to open the Run window.
      Click Browse, and then navigate to the TurboTax CD on your CD/DVD/RW drive (usually Drive D).
      Double-click the setup.exe file.
      Click OK to launch the installer.

After installing, be sure to re-enable your antivirus and firewall programs before connecting  your computer back up to the Internet.
Reboot (restart) your computer.
Launch TurboTax and run the program updater.

Before you click on anything to do with TurboTax to run it, right-click on it and select the option to "run as administrator".
Overall, it sounds to me more like a windows operating system error of which the TurboTax program is showing the symptoms of. Otherwise, if this was a TurboTax issue, by now this forum would be flooded with posts about it.
One thing you can try is this:
Note that for everything below, and uninterrupted connection to the Internet is required.
Open the command prompt as an administrator. ("Run as Administrator" is required for the command prompt, or this will always fail)
Then enter SFC /SCANNOW and press enter on your keyboard.
This process can take quite awhile. When if's done, restart your computer and try TurboTax again.If the program still persists, then try an online repair.
From an administrator command prompt, enter the following followed by pressing the enter key on your keyboard:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
The DISM process can take an hour or more. After it completes, reboot the computer and from an admin command prompt run the SFC /SCANNOW option yet again.
Keep your fingers crossed too.
