Form w-2 Box 12 code w -employer contribution to HSA is not deductible in Turbotax. my employer put the contribution from my paycheck as code w in my w-2 form. I am not sure who is wrong. Turbotax or my employer because I have High deductable health insurance plan, the contribution from my paycheck should be tax deductible. Turbotax use code w as employer contribution/non tax-deductible, my employer use code as employee contribution/tax-deductible. who is right, who mis wrong??

The amount in box 12 code W has already been deducted from your earnings in Box 1 so you already have the deduction.
