Please, I need to speak to a live agent ASAP as I am applying for financial aid to start a medical assisting program in two weeks. I paid almost $90 for the required form to file my 201 taxes, but I cannot access it in 'DMG' format.

A file extension of .dmg is an Apple application file.

What TurboTax program did you use to complete and file the 2021 tax return?

Did you use the TurboTax online web-based editions? 

Or did you use the TurboTax CD/Download editions installed on a personal computer?  If one of the desktop editions, which operating system, Windows or Mac (Apple)?

The school cannot open that kind of file ... you can download a PDF which can be opened with any PDF reader.  This is the ONLY format the return can be saved as that can be sent to others ... the .taxfile would require the TT program to open it.
