Form IT-140: Special Nonresident status for myself. I am a PA resident who worked in WV. Can I file IT-140 special nonresident status?

Did you have WV tax withheld? PA and WV have reciprocity, so you don't file a WV return at all. You would only file IT-140NRW if you had WV taxes withheld in error. Is that what happened?

If you only had PA taxes taken out, then do not indicate WV anywhere inside of TurboTax. Remove WV from "Other State Income".
