After running the review I am told I have an error. This message follows:
"Check This Entry
Form 8962: Dependent's Modified AGI If Form 8962, Line 2b 'TotalDependentModifiedAGIAmt' has a non-zero value, then you must have entered dependents and their social security numbers that are reported on Form 1040."
It then only prompts me to change the value for Modified AGI which NEEDS to be left how it is.
What is the issue & how do I resolve it?!
THIS IS THE 4TH YEAR IN A ROW THAT THERE HAVE BEEN ISSUES WITH THE 1095-A/FORM 8962 IN TURBOTAX AND IT IS GETTING OLD !!!!

Whose AGI is reported on Line 2b? And is that person listed on your tax return as a dependent? The error indicates you have added the AGI for a dependent on Form 8962, but that person, nor their SSN, is not listed on your tax return.
Thank you for the reply ! Line 2b show the combined income of 2 adult children still living at home. Both are covered on our Marketplace Insurance and the corresponding 1095-A. Their names, socials etc were transferred into this years taxes from last years(20+ yr TurboTax purchaser) but due to their age/income level they are not classified as dependents.
All info was inputted the same last year and we did not have this issue! Both children where not classified as dependents and were required to file their own returns last year as well.
Spent 2HOURS on the phone with Customer Service yesterday but after being escalated the line went dead on TurboTax end. The call stayed live for another 10mins with zero response from the lady I had been talking with before the call disconnected.
If you are no longer able to claim the kids as your dependents, you should delete them from your return. There is no need to have them on your return if you are not claiming them. You can do this by clicking the trashcan next to their name on your personal info section. You may need to then delete form 8962 and re-enter to get rid of the error AFTER you delete the dependents.
Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return. There could be unintended consequences.
