Form 8960 line 5a - where does the value come from?

Hello,

Line description is "Net gain or loss from disposition of property." Turbotax gives me a value which I am unable to chase back to its origin. Can you help me?

Form 8960 line 5a - where does the value come from?

I found the answer myself by reading the instructions to Form 8960. But I had to go to irs.gov to retrieve the PDF. Are the instructions also available inside TT?
