I called the customer service 800 number and spent 45 minutes and got nowhere. Hopefully posting this will get a resolution.
I am using 2025 TurboTax Premier Desktop for Windows version which is fully up to date (no new updates available when I check).
When I get to the point in the step-by-step where I am ready to file, it does the error check and I get the following error for Form 8959:
If I go into the Forms view, Form 8959 is showing as "NOT DONE" with a red exclamation point (!) for Windows. The form is completely filled out and there is nothing flagging as incomplete or required on the form (no boxes or lines highlighted in light red). There is also no error message showing there in the Forms view.
And, the Intuit forms availability web page indicates the form is ready, but there is obviously something wrong with Form 8959.
Please, please, please, I need help with resolving this!

Pleased to find that after updates today 1/14/2026, the issue with Form 8959 has been resolved for 2025 TurboTax desktop for Windows. Thank you very much for your help in addressing this issue!
