We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question?
- What was sold that you believe is nontaxable?
- If it is a second home or vacation home it is a taxable event.
- There is likely no 1099-B to receive since it is a real estate sale. There could be a 1099-S but not always.
Please respond here and we will help.
