Form 8949 - Home & Business Version

I have a long term nontaxable real estate sale that isn't my main home. I can view form 8949 but can't access it to enter the sale and TurboTax doesn't have this available in the software. How do I enter it? This isn't something I can download from a broker and I don't have a 1099-B.

We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question?

1. What was sold that you believe is nontaxable?
2. If it is a second home or vacation home it is a taxable event.
3. There is likely no 1099-B to receive since it is a real estate sale. There could be a 1099-S but not always.
