Form 8915-e should be avalible. any idea why its still telling me its not ready?

I know there has been some confusion on the availability of this form.  According to the IRS forms availability list for TurboTax, this form will be ready on 2/25/2021.

While Form 8915-E is tentatively expected to be available tomorrow, February 25, it will not necessarily be available first thing in the  morning. It could be late in the day, Pacific time. If it's not there tomorrow morning, try again later in the day, or on Friday. And of course there is always the possibility of a last-minute problem that unexpectedly delays the availability.
