Form 8615

I am trying to complete my taxes, and it keeps denying it and saying I need to complete a form 8615. I do not have any unearned income but I did fill out a 1099-MISC. I am wondering if the 1099-MISC is being counted as unearned income despite me having made that money through national service. Is there a way to change it so it doesn't make me fill out the 8615?
