Form 8543-FE for 2024 Shows as Not Final in Turbotax but IRS Website has final Form

Can I use the 8543-FE from the IRS website, which is final because the 8543-FE in my Turbotax Business says "Do Not File" and "Not Final" When I try to print it.

What form are you looking for? I don't know what a form 8543 is.

The last step in e-filing a Form 1041 return in Turbotax Business involves printing out a Form 8543-FE, which is a Declaration for an e-file return.  When I get to that step in Turbotax, the form that prints has a large watermark saying "Do Not File", "Form not Final".  So I cannot yet complete the steps to e-file my form 1041 for a trust in Turbotax Business.  Thanks.

Form 8453-FE is not available for e-filing your return. You can print one from the IRS website using the link below. Once completed you should mail once your tax return is accepted.  Do not mail it before.
