If you have Casualties and Thefts to report, TurboTax helps you file the 4684. Since you are using the TurboTax Premier online version, the form does not usually pop up for you unless there is an error.

You may be able to claim casualty loss deductions under certain situations:
1. If you qualify to claim these deductions, go to Deductions and Credits.
2. Select Other Deductions and Credits at the bottom of the list.
3. Casualties and Thefts are the third item down.
You will answer the questions to determine if these are deductible expenses. Review your answers to see what could be triggering an error.
If you didn't have any Casualty and Theft losses, you can delete the form as follows:
