Form 3531

I got a form 3531 back after mailing my taxes, mainly because I forgot to sign the form. But box 4 was also checked asking for proof of my taxes that were withheld does that mean I need to send all my W2 forms of the year. I also have a 1099 do I need to mail that in too ?

it would appear you mailed in your return without the withholding forms as required.   you only need mail in forms with federal withholding on them whether they be W-2's or 1099's
