Form 3506: CA disability. It's not allowing me to put 0 in the value.

The 3506 doesn't allow an entry of 0 or less for that field. As I mentioned, never enter a zero anywhere in TT unless advised to do so when "none" is the case.

As a general rule, you shouldn't enter a 0 (zero) anywhere in TT unless told to do so when you have none ($0) of whatever it is. Are you preparing a part-year or nonresident Calif return? If not then you shouldn't be entering anything in that section of Form 3506.
