Form 2210

Recently separated, filing Married/Separate returns. Based on last years Joint filing, Turbo Tax is asking for Form 2210 with a penalty attached. Based on the numbers I entered for the quarterly taxes paid on my monthly Retirement Annuity, it brings up an error when doing the return check. The numbers are correct , but I can't get past the point its asking me to correct. Not sure what I need to do other than "fudge" numbers.

To clarify, are these amounts you entered part of the withholding taxes that were taken out of your check during the year?
