Form 2210 IS available on IRS.gov, but why TurboTax says govt is STILL WORKING on those forms?

Paper forms are commonly available on the IRS website.....days to weeks before they approve the Software implementation of those same forms

.......and the Govt shutdown didn't help getting them approved for use in a reasonable time.

and unfortunately they are saying 14 Feb right now.

.......of course, you may not have all your tax statements & income  in yet...so working on the 2210 before every scrap has been entered first would be futile.  I know there will be scraps of stuff arriving for me until mid-Feb.  
...but....People with Real-estate-investment-trusts  (REITs), usually don't get their distribution reports until the end of Feb-to-early March.
