Form 1116 Foreign Tax Credit

I can't enter in any category of the form 1116 Foreign Tax Credit When I'm navigating through the interview, it sends me back to the main page with this Tax Credit set to 0. I have tried any possible combination but still, go back to the same page.

I've already reported foreign income as a rental house in a foreign country, should I report something else? 

I'm a little frustrated as I have spent several hours trying to understand what the app is doing with no luck

If this is passive category income, do you have any 1099's or k-1's?
