Form 1040-SR, Line 12c should have a sub-total. Unfortunately, the line is blank.

I've read that this is a known issue. When do you anticipate that it will be corrected?

The issue is with Line 12b, Charitable Deductions.

There is no known issue with 12c not showing the total of 12a and 12b.

Do you have an amount in 12a for Standard or Itemized Deduction?

I failed to mention that there is also a  total on line 13. Line 14 correctly reflects the total of lines 12a, 12b and line 13. Only line 12c is blank.

There was an issue with 12c not showing.  But that doesn't affect what is sent to the IRS.  But I think it was fixed. The FAQ for is inactive now.
