For some reason, my Federal and local taxes got rejected for an EIN number from a W2G which the number is correct. What do I do?

For some reason, my Federal and local taxes got rejected for an EIN number from a W2G which the number is correct. What do I do?
If
your return is rejecting for incorrect EIN and you have double checked your
information and you correctly input the EIN but the return continues to reject,
then you should contact the place that sent you the form to get you the correct
number. You can then go back into TurboTax to correct it and send it back to
the IRS. If you can't get the correct number, then you can still file a
paper return.
