For Sch C, I keep getting a "needs review" prompt, but I don't what there is to review.

Without knowing much about your return and what the system is telling you to do, I can only direct on what you might be able to do. When you are on the review page, if you click on the 'review' action button it should lead you to the area within self employed that needs to be reviewed. The software will prompt you through what might be outstanding. Look for any red fields so that you can be sure you didn't miss anything.
