For Robinhood I did not received a 1099-b, and the 8949 is for informational purposes only. I actually had profit, of $13,235.79, how do I enter it? See attached file.

There are less Proceeds than Cost basis. I want to fix the form, so I enter the profit. also the form shows Wash sale loss disallowed for $19,034.79 - see the file I uploaded for Robinhood, the first page

You need to enter your Form 1099-B.  You should be able to download it from RobinHood.  If not, you need to contact them about obtaining a copy.

If the supplied Form 8949 has all the information required by the IRS and lists all your activity,

then put your name and SSN on it and attach it.

The "for information only" notice is  required by Robinhood lawyers.
