Please clarify, what type of insurance are you asking about for Schedule C? Also please clarify what "big" refers to.
I presume you're asking if this is a "bug". As for the insurance amount, you may have insurance payments related to your business that might be a business deduction off of business income.
Also, you may be referring to your health insurance premiums, in which case an entry can be made on your schedule C for that amount (including part B Medicare premiums taken out of your Social Security benefits), and this becomes an an adjustment to income on Schedule 1. This is for "after tax" premiums.
I should clarify that this would be in reference to a situation where you have a self-employment business, or one generated by a 1099-NEC if you were paid for work as non-employee compensation from another "employer".
