You don't need to report your Household employee taxes on Schedule H if you have used an intermediate payroll company to report and pay those taxes on Forms 940 and 941.
See the Instructions for Schedule H , Page H-3: "If a government agency or third-party agent reports and pays the employment taxes on wages paid to your household employee on your behalf, you don't need to file Schedule H to report those taxes."
However, if the payroll service only paid the taxes as estimated taxes on your behalf, and didn't file Forms 940/941 you would complete the section on Nanny and Household Employee Tax under Other Tax Situations, and then claim the payments made to the IRS under Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, under Federal Estimated taxes for 2024.
