For Form 8615 can I use my fiance's information?
I live with my fiance and he pays for my support. Both of my parents are disabled and don't file income taxes, so I'm not sure how to handle this form. Should I use my fiance's information or do I still need to put something in for my parents?

No. only a parent if a parent is alive. If your parents do not file a tax return then the income, AGI and other information would be zero. You do need to supply the SSN of the parent.
