For Child Care section I enter 1 provider for $zxy and I was debating on a second for much less amount. Once I saw the second provider did not make a difference I decided to delete and not use. After

How can I change this to remove the second person I did not want to use?

Go back into the Child Care section. When you get to the page as shown in screnshot...delete the provider that you want to delete.
