For California Tax Exempt Interest and Dividends, what do I enter in the box for less than 50% tax exempt interest? I have national municipal bond funds.

Tax exempt interest from CA sources was xferred from federal return and I checked Yes to "Is any of this interest from funds with less that 50% of their assets inveseted in California and US obligations?" When I entered the non-CA amount, I received the error "Don't enter more than $0, the amount of California tax exempt interest from your federal return."
