For 2022 AGI, why wouldn't my prior tax return info be on home screen, I have used Turbo for years and it's saying I have never filed a return with them before?

Need info to finish and file current return, and none of my prior return data is available. Is there some way to fix this?

If you did not transfer 2022 in to 2023 or if you are not using the same online account, that is why it is not showing you the 2022 AGI.

Your 2022 tax return shows your 2022 Adjusted Gross Income  (AGI)  If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.

If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2023

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
