I receive Foodstamps every month to help me get by. I pay my grandmother $500 per month for allowing me to live with her while I get back on my feet. She uses the money I pay her to pay bills, utilities, insurance on the car that we share as a family. Does my grandmother have to claim that $500/month on her taxes that I give her?

No. You have a family cost sharing situation. You do not enter anything about family cost sharing on anyone's tax return--not yours, not hers.
That is just family members sharing expenses and is not income.
Okay thank you so much for your response! My grandma is 86 years old and just worried about what she has to claim or not claim. I appreciate your answer 🙂
