First Q: On the Turbo Tax website, can we not purchase the normal tax software that I've been using for years?? Also changed PW now doesnt recog me as past user??

Don't really mind using this version but if it doesn't recog me as a past user for many years, I'm not a fan.

I think you are referring to the Windows desktop software. You can purchase the Desktop software (CD), which gets installed on your computer. You can purchase the software from TurboTax at the following link:
