Finally got the rejection from the IRS. Took almost 4 days, added my IP pin. Now the question is will it take as long to get accepted that it took to get rejected?

Generally e-filed returns take 24 to 48 hours, but they can take up to 72 hours. Once your return is accepted, you can visit the IRS Where's My Refund? to check the status of your refund.  Most efiled returns take 21 days to process.  If your refund includes Earned Income Tax Credit and the Additional Child Tax Credit, the IRS will start making those refunds available by March 2, 2026.
