If you started in a lower version of TurboTax you can upgrade to Self-Employed.

Or are you asking about preparing and paying quarterly estimated payments for next year?

On the same return,

 Go to Federal Taxes > Wages & Income

• Scroll down to the Self-Employment section
• Click Start next to Income and Expenses
• Proceed through the interview to enter your income and expenses.
