Filing married and jointly. I currently support my son & daughter in law. How can I claim my daughter in law as a dependent?

Yes. A daughter-in-law is the same as a daughter, for tax purposes. When asked, in TurboTax, how she is related answer (check) "Your child".

How old are they?  Do either of them work?
