Filing late form8938 for 2019 and 2018. Do I need to refile form1040 for 2019 and 2018 too?

Hello. I didn't know about form8938 until this year, so I'm filing late 8938 forms for 2019 and 2018. I'm a resident alien with interest income ($3~$350) from Japan these years. In Part III of 8938, it requires me to fill "Where reported", but I didn't report it in 2019 or 2018. Do I have to refile the 2019 and 2018 form 1040 and add the interest in Schedule B?

For this year (2020) I reported interest income under Schedule B Line 1 and on 8938.

FBAR has been filed on 2018, 2019, and this year.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, you must file Form 8938 with a tax return- so if you already filed for 2018 and 2018, you must included a 1040X with the explanation in the changes section.  You can add any income as well.
