Filing jointly with 2 HSAs, one with me alone, second with spouse and kids

I am working on a joint filing. My wife and I both work and each setup separate HSAs. I have one setup for me alone. She has one setup for herself and the children. TurboTax is giving an error saying "Form 8889-T: Plan on Dec 1 should not be checked Self. Family plan was selected on the Spouse copy of Form 8889. On a joint return, if taxpayer and spouse are both eligible individuals, and either has an HDHP with family coverage, both are treated as having on the family coverage plan"

I went through the HSA section again and it doesn't allow me to enter her and kids as an option. It only allows self or family. When picking coverage at her work it had 4 options (self, self and spouse, self with kids, or self with spouse and kids). All had different premiums. She chose self with kids. I chose self.

How can I specify this scenario in TurboTax or the 8889 forms?

Thanks

Self HDHP insurance covers the primary person only.
Family HDHP in covers the primary person and one of more others.
Your spouse has family HDHP coverage.
IRS rules require that if one spouse has family HDHP insurance, the other spouse having self HDHP insurance is ignored for the purpose of determining the HSA contribution limits. You both must select family HDHP insurance. You will be limited to a HSA contribution limit of $6750 for 2016. This amount may be allocated any way you decide between each HSA.
