My wife and I used to file joint, I am 100% VA disable and unable to work due to injury to my neck. Should we still file joint or should she file head of household? The only income I receive is monthly VA disability.

Hello, you should file married filing jointly. You can only file head of household if you are not living together and have a qualifing child.

Filing jointly will give you the best tax outcome since your VA disability isn't taxable.
