Filed Jointly, But Still Receiving Reminder Emails to File

My husband and I filed jointly for the first time this year (2023 taxes). We used my existing TurboTax account to file jointly. Both our personal info, income etc. is on our final tax return, confirming our joint filing. He is concerned though because his Intuit products (Credit Karma, Turbotax) are still sending him reminder emails to file.

- Should we be worried for any reason, or is there just a delay with Intuit's marketing and they simply have yet see that he has in fact already filed with me?

- Is there any other way to confirm/update his account to show that he's already filed so he stops receiving emails and reminders to file?

If you filed a joint return with all of your combined information on that return, then you are done.  Ignore messages that are being generated from an old account.  You only use ONE account when you file a joint return.
