Filed federal return on different site and accepted. File duplicate federal return on TurboTax but first time for state return. State is now rejected. How can I fix?

The federal return was rejected because another federal tax return filed by you has already been accepted by the IRS.  The state tax return cannot be e-filed if the federal tax return cannot be e-filed.  The state return can only be printed and mailed.

You cant fix it.

You did not use TurboTax for Federal, and so you can't use TurboTax to e-File State return.
