Thought I filed they didn't get sent so now I have more complex situation can y'all fix it
@Denisemull Why do you think they didn't get sent? Maybe the IRS hasn't processed it yet. They are taking a very long time this. Like more than 6 months.
If you used the Online version you can check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile. And check your spam folder for them.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
@Denisemull What tax year are you referring to? It is too late to e-file a 2020 or earlier tax return. E-filing is closed, and when e-filing re-opens it will only be for 2021 returns. The only way to file a past year tax return is to print it, sign it in ink and mail it in. No one has access to your tax return. You have to take care of it yourself.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.
