Federal tax credit for energy efficient window blinds

We purchased energy efficient window blinds. The mfr's website states they qualify for federal tax credit along with Manufacturers Certification Statement.  I see where similar questions were posted about a year ago. What is the latest on this qualification

Federal tax credit for energy efficient window blinds

Under the energy efficient home improvement credit, there is a 30% credit allowed on the cost of insultation material, air material, or systems, up to a maximum of $1,200 per year.
