Federal return status say ready to mail. When i sign in, the page says I have filed my tax return. Do I have to mail it or is it filed?

Federal return status say ready to mail. When i sign in, the page says I have filed my tax return. Do I have to mail it or is it filed?
You do not necessary have to mail it as long as it does not have any errors and is not rejected.
I would check the "status" of your efiled return here:
If it does not show up, that means you would need to change that return to E-file from Mail by following the directions below:
Instructions- With your return open in TurboTax, click the File tab, then Continue.
- On the E-file Your Federal Return for FREE screen, select the first option, E-file, then Continue.
- Select the returns you want to e-file on the following screen and keep following the onscreen instructions.
- Eventually you'll come to the screen with the Transmit Returns Now button. This will electronically send your return to the government.
- Finally, watch your email to track the status of your e-filed return.
