I updated TT this morning, (2/11/23).  When I checked the status of my return regarding the infamous Form 8960 processing error, TT stated that "This issue will be resolved on February 19, 2023.  On or after this resolution date you may resubmit this return for electronic filing."

We are aware of the Federal return rejection Reject Code F8960-019-04 Processing error Form 8960, Net Investment Income Tax. The Business rules need to be modified to reflect the updates to the instructions for form 8960. The IRS will update the Business rules by mid-March 2023. Please see IRS Known Issues and Solutions for updates.

Per the TurboTax information in my original post on 2/11/23, I re-submitted my federal and state returns this morning, (2/19/23).  Note that I changed nothing in the returns.  The IRS accepted my return in about an hour.  Still waiting on the state acceptance.  Also, the IRS spreadsheet regarding the Form 8960 processing error has not been updated........still states February to mid-March.
