Federal efile was rejected - SSN of dependent had passed away. The passing was properly entered into Turbo Tax. How do I get the e-file to be accepted, have sent twice?

You can’t.  Print your returns and mail them in.  The IRS has locked the SSN to prevent tax fraud by scammers who read obituaries or find family papers with SSNs at estste sales and so on.
