Federal e-file rejection. Lines 15, 21, 28, 36, 39, 46 How do I add 00.00 to these?

A tax return with no taxable income being reported cannot be e-filed.  The return can only be printed and mailed.

If you only entered Social Security benefits on the tax return then there is no benefit or need to file a tax return.

my old accountant e-filed last year for my social security benefits....ok, I am trying to print the forms to file Fed by mail but Turbo tax will not allow me to continue....it keeps bringing me back to the Identification page. I entered all of my drivers license info but it still will not allow me to continue to the "file page"    Please help with this

If you do not live in one of the following states, a driver's license is not required to be entered - AL,CA,LA,MA,MO,NJ,NY,OH,KS,OR,VA
Go back to File and follow the interview and where asked about identification indicate that you do not have any of the identification listed.

I DO live in NY and it says right on turbo tax that you need to enter the ID if you are filing a state tax and I am.....

Go back through the File section and follow the interview.  
There will be a screen which states "We've determined the easiest way to file your taxes"  If your New York return shows as E-file, click on the blue link "I'd like to change filing methods".  On the following screen select "File by mail" and click on Save.
The following screen "Let's print your taxes" click on Download.
At no point in this interview will the program ask for a driver's license since you are printing the returns for mailing.
