TurboTax does not charge for e-filing.  You are charged for the preparation of the return, whether you e-file or mail it in.

No, this is incorrect. I bought TurboTax Home and Business CD at Costco. This packege includes just free federal e-file. For any additional Turbo Tax charges money. I've paid by credit card for Ohio state e-file. But Federal and state rejcts my e-files and as result I have to send my Tax Returns by mail. I need to know, how I have to get prepaid amount for state e-file, which I cannot use.
