Feb 7, 2021 when are the Form 1065 going to be ready?

Feb 7, 2021 and still no updates for the Form 1065 at Turbo Tax Update (?) this is the latest I've ever seen them. Is the IRS or T.T. holding it up?  I've got LLC members that want their K-1s so they can file.

Form 1065 is estimated to be available on 02/11/2021 (subject to change)

The IRS has not yet finalized the 2020 instructions for Form 1065
