What is your question concerning a failed efile of state return?   Are you referring to a 2024 state return?    If so, are you asking how to open the return interview back up so you can go back in and finish efiling the state return?  If so, we can tell you how to do that.

Did you efile the Federal return, and if so, has it been accepted?

Or did you choose to mail the state return?   If so, TurboTax does not mail it for you.   You would have to print, date, sign, and mail it.    If that's what happened, you can either finish filing it by mail yourself, or if you want to efile it, we can tell you how to change from the mail option to efiling.
