I HAVE PAID FOR TURBO TAX TO COMPLETE AND E-FILE MY INCOME TAXES AND THEY REFUSE TO E-FILE. THEY SAY I'M NOT ENTITLED TO E-FILING

My efile failed with an error VALIDATION FAILED. I tried again after updating TT. Federal went thru and got accepted. I get the same error for CA state. How to relove ?
