Business Rule F1040-525 Error The Primary Taxpayer date of birth, in STEP 2, Section 4, does not match the IRS record. Solution Make sure you enter the correct birth date, in the correct format, in the correct space. The IRS receives Date of Birth (DOB) information from the Social Security Administration (SSA).
Double-check the date of birth for the taxpayer that is listed first on the tax return and see if that needs to be corrected.

did you read the tread above? the birth date on the return for the first listed taxpayer does not match the iRS records.
contact the Social Security Adm to see what birthday they have on file for you. That's where the IRS gets its data.
If it's correct recheck your Turbotax entry. if that's correct then contact the IRS.
You can contact the SSA at 800-772-1213 and the IRS at 800-829-1040 to correct an incorrect birthdate.
if the IRS has the correct birthdate, then all you can do is mail in your return.
